Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

A fresh full ripe, fruity style of Sauvignon Blanc jumping out of the glass. On the nose a combination of tropical flavours like kiwi, passion fruit and gooseberries abounds with a lingering mouth feel and a fresh crisp acidity for a lively finish. Granadilla and litchi on the exit.

Sauvignon Blanc works wonderful with white fish, salads, mild cheese platters and even prawns, or just for relaxing on the patio.
