Grinding of oranges (the whole orange, including pulp and peel)
Maceration for 2 days with Alc. 96.4% Vol. wine spirit
Slow & careful distillation
Gradual dilution with water over a period of 3 – 4 months to bottling strength
Adding of liquid invert sugar/syrup (68% sugar), resulting in (approx.) 180g sugar per litre
Unfiltered to retain aromatic fruit oils (may result in somewhat milky colour)
A rich and juicy sweet symphony of orange flavours, blossom fragrance with orange peel and orange juice, strong citric – freshness, well balanced candy-like sweetness with a long after taste
