Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Elegant nose of tropical fruit, passion fruit, lime, mango and cut grass. On the palate the wine is fresh and smooth. Tropical fruits fill the palate with upfront notes of guava and gooseberries, mango, and peach. The wine is well balanced between fruit and acid and has a lasting fresh month feel.

Great with fresh Cob or Galjoen served with a lime dressing. Works well with any pâté or green salad
