Orchards of ripe plums, red cherries, and violets. Beautiful integrated oak and hits of dried leaves and rosemary. Medium-full bodied palate with rounded flavours of red cherries, black raspberries, and fresh plums. The acid and the sweetness of the fruit is well balanced with ripe tannins and oaky smooth lingering finish.

Slow roasted lamb casserole or lamb cutlets on a braai with roasted vegetables.
