Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Lime zest, orange peel and Jasmin flower fills the glass. The wine opens to dried herbs, almonds, and toasted oak. On the palate the wine is smooth with subtle, composed flavours of butterscotch, green apple, roasted almonds, and lime. The flavours linger on the palate and the wine has at textured mouth feel with grippy tannins as the taste lingers on palate and ends with notes of soft oak.
