Forthcoming and diverse nose of citrus, vanilla and peach. Intense mouth-feel with flavours of grapefruit, lime, vanilla and butterscotch. Rich flavours with a long finish expressing characters of crème-brulee.

Any fish or poultry dish with creamy (hollandaise type sauce). Also lightly spiced foods or mild Indian-style curry.
