Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

The wine has a gorgeous pale salmon tint with a luminous shine in the glass. Fresh strawberries and pomegranate aromas are apparent on the nose. The palate is intense and lively with a subtle grassy tang. A beautifully dry Rosé with racy acidity and a mouth-watering finish.

Serve chilled as an aperitif. Pair with asparagus and goats cheese tart or grilled prawns and garlic aioli.
