Rum

Our Dark Rum is rich and bold in flavours of molasses, vanilla and spices. I believe a great pairing for the dark rum is : 1. Argentinian style beef Picanha grilled over a wood burnt fire with roasted potatoes and chimichuri sauce 2. Baked Banana bread pudding with a dark rum and caramel sauce, served with vanilla ice-cream.
