Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This mineral and tropical fruit driven lightly wooded Chardonnay grown between Renoster fynbos on rocky lime soils from low yielding vines resulted in a rich full bodied yet well balanced wine.

On the nose: ripe citrus and quince. On the palate: stone fruit and floral notes. Crisp acidity and a rich mouthfeel on the lengthy aftertaste. Delicious with seafood, flaky white fish, and cheese.
