Agave/Mezcal

This tequila is incredibly smooth for a Blanco, making it equally good as a sipping tequila and for use in mixed drinks such as Paloma, . The nose doesn't hide, but rather celebrates the blue agave at the heart of this tequila, with hints of lemon/lime citrus and fresh minty herbals peeking through. The mouthfeel is lovely and full and the palate follows through on the elegant agave, citrus and herbal notes revealed by the palate, with a delightful residual sweetness lingering after every sip.

This genuine Tequila Blanco is smooth with a residual sweetness and prominent citrus notes. This makes it pair well with most seafood dishes, but really brings out the best baked sea-bass dressed with dill and capers, or an array of sushi. Drawing on its traditional heritage, this tequila also compliments everyday Mexican foods such as tacos, refried beans and a pimped up plate of nachos perfectly.
