MORE INFORMATION:
This Provence style Rosé, i.e. light in colour, hails from our home vineyards on a slope of red Karoo Clay. Only 30 minutes’ skin maceration was allowed and then the first free run cuveé used to obtain this beautiful hue of vibrant light salmon pink.
TASTING NOTES: Opulent Red berries, cassis and rose petal on the nose following through with juicy fruitiness and velvety aftertaste. Truly a Rosé for all occasions!
Quando Mourvedre Rose can be enjoyed on it's own, but also pairs well with all Asian Spicy dishes.
