Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

When you focus on the taste, it is well balanced with hints of biscotti and a creamy mouthfeel. On the nose you will get the ripe peach and apple flavour as well as nuances of vanilla and fresh lemon.

Our Chardonnay goes well with seared tuna, salmon and sushi.
