Aroma: Ripe plum, Blackberry, cherry lead the nose - complimented by earthy/ herbal notes - giving ode to the Cape's fynbos. Palate: Deep, dark fruit profile with medium bodied tannins. Again the herbal notes show up on the palate again adding a depth to the wine.
