Cabernet Sauvignon

On the entry of the wine there is an array bright raspberries and concentrated dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant and blue berries which follow through to the palate. Pinecone, black pepper, and violet scents are in harmony with fruit, creating a full-bodied complex wine. Beautiful tightness on the palate with dried herb nuances emphasizes the cool climate terroir. The wine has long, full finish that lingers with a blueberry aftertaste.

Elegant and balanced rather than deep and bold, our Cabernet Sauvignon displays subtle flavours of plum and blueberry. These restrained dark berry flavours together with a firm acidity demand hearty red meat dishes such as marrow on buttery brioche, creamy chicken liver terrine or hearty pork knuckle broth.
