Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

A full concentrated wine that ends with winter melon, ripe nectarines, and grapefruit. The wood is well integrated with a creamy texture.

Serve slightly chilled on its own or with Cape Malay bobotie, South Asian cuisine, pork with baked apples, or white meat like turkey and duck.
