Sparkling higher golden yellow colour with greenish reflections and medium viscosity. Less intense, but very rich aroma reminiscent of ripe pineapple, exotic fruit, with undertones of Williams pears and sweet spices in the background. The taste is medium-full, rich and round, reminiscent of ripe pears, grilled pineapple or pomelo. Relatively long finish with juicy acidity and gentle spiciness.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9-11°C with roasted poultry, creamy pasta or baked fish.
