Dry Chenin Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This Chenin has been produced from a tiny crop of specially selected grapes, created tones of dried apples and banana. Ageing in French Oak barrels developed flavours of honey and almonds.

This Chenin will complement appetizers like smoked salmon, goat cheese, or seafood.
