Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Grapes hand selected during night harvest has produced this full wine of distinctive character. Dried fruit with tones of citrus interwoven with creamy toasted butterscotch. This rich full wine will go with chicken and veal dishes and creamy sauces. This vintage displays intense citrus and granny smith tone and a rick lees character. The 40 year old vines create a fruity taste that really stands out.

This Chardonnay will pair well with creamy, buttery or rich flavors, like creamy pastas, risotto, cheese, roasted creamy chicken, or pork with apple or cream sauce.
