Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

A single vineyard wine from the Keeromsberg ward. This is a fresh crisp wine with nice fruit bowl flavours like green pepper, green fig, and guava undertones. The fruit carries well through the mouth ending with a lingering taste of typical Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine will pair well with creamy poultry or a fresh catch of the ocean.
