Red blends (other than Classes 17, 18 and 19) (Specify the blend)

The classic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc is prominent in some of the world's most iconic wines. The Shiraz complements the palate nicely. A touch of Petit Verdot adds color, spice and complexity to the blend. Aromatic blackberry and plum flavors are dominant with sweeter flavors of fruitcake and dark toffee in the background. Also clove spice and integrated toasted wood flavors. The palate is medium full with soft lively tannins and a lingering berry aftertaste.

The La Motte Millennium responds very well to red meat and roasts. Its accommodating structure also allows for mild curries and hard cheese. It is exceptional with creamy sauces and the earthiness of mushroom.
