Dry Blanc de Noir and Rosé (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

A mashup is a creative work, usually in the form of a song, created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, resulting in a more approachable version with a wider audience. This same concept was used to make this wine. This wine has a lovely blend of Strawberry, Citrus and Pomegranate flavours with an easy-drinking palate. The fruit carries through onto the palate.

Serve as an aperitif, with early summer meals and will go well with Sushi.
