Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Prominent citrus characters. Showing fullness on the palate with more citrus and lime flavours finishing with a clean, lemon zest mouth feel.

Can be enjoyed with crumbed fish, fried calamari, chicken casseroles and roast pork with applesauce.
