Shiraz

Shaped by the rocky soils and warm climate of the Tulbagh Valley, this Shiraz abounds with flavours of dried fruit, leather and spice. Velvety tannin structures yield to fruit cake and stewed fruit on the smooth and integrated aftertaste. Drink through 2028. On the nose: Spicy berry fruit and roasted coffee beans. On the palate: Warm blackberry fruits, charcuterie, hints of dark chocolate and soft tannins

Delicious with chicken cooked in red wine, a tranche of ham with a berry sauce or a mild cheese.
