Dry Sauvignon Blanc (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Quando Sauvignon blanc is made from a single vineyard rooted in a four-meter-deep rich alluvial stratum exposed by a receding meander of the Breede River on our farm. Three different parcels of grapes were harvested over a period of two weeks to capture different flavour spectrums. These individual wines were blended to create this unique single vineyard wine. Expressive wintermelon, kiwi fruit and wet pebble on the nose, following through with classic flintiness. Delicious juicy green fruit on the palate rounds it off elegantly.

Quando Sauvignon blanc pairs well with all grilled seafood and poultry dishes , or to be drunk as an apperative.
