Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium intense, garnet red with a translucent rim. Brooding, intense nose with classic notes of pencil shavings, dark berry fruit, cassis and a beautiful lavender perfume. Savoury with initial austerity but opens on the mid-palate revealing dark fruit, some spice and finely integrated tannins. The finish is dry but expressively long. Enjoy this wine now or savour it for the next 6 years

Serve at 19°C.Juicy matured rump steak with fondant potatoes and oven roasted broccolini florets, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and fruity olive oil.
