Crafted using the traditional Méthode Cap Classique, Lord’s Wines MCC Brut NV is an elegant sparkling wine that celebrates finesse, balance, and sophistication. Made from carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown at high-altitude vineyards, this MCC is a true reflection of our cool-climate terroir.
Appearance:
Pale straw with a fine, persistent mousse and brilliant clarity.
Aroma:
Fresh citrus zest, green apple, and white peach lead on the nose, supported by subtle notes of freshly baked brioche and roasted almonds from extended lees contact.
Palate:
Crisp and vibrant, with flavours of lemon curd, Granny Smith apple, and hints of stone fruit. The refined acidity is beautifully balanced by a creamy texture and a delicate mineral finish.
Maturation:
Aged on the lees for a minimum of 12 months to develop complexity and depth.
