Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

This process results in a complex wine with excellent structure and balance. Expect flavors of peach, citrus, and fig, complemented by secondary notes of hazelnut and cashew. The finish is elegantly enhanced by French oak overtone.
