Hints of honey, dry fig and wild strawberry bouquet with a gentle, lingering aftertaste. This limited edition Grappa was obtained by distilling the fermented husks of our 2022 vintage of Pinot Noir through a 10-distillation process, within 48 hours after the grapes skins were lightly pressed in the cellar. Only 30 litres of Grappa were obtained per distillation of half a ton of fermented husks.
