Dry Chardonnay (<5g/l or up to 9g/l if TA <2g/l lower)

Enticing aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and melon. Above all, however, refreshing citrus notes dominate the olfactory composition. On the palate, it reveals its crispness and invigorating freshness. A remarkable acidity gives the wine balance and elegance. The finish is characterised by a seductive butteriness that rounds off the enjoyment perfectly.

Ideal as a complementary wine to delicate poultry, refined vegetables, and fresh salads with zesty sauces, or even with truffle-infused pasta. We recommend drinking the wine at a slightly chilled temperature of between 8-10 °C.
