Cabernet Sauvignon

It shines in a deep, sparkling red with violet reflections. Its intense scent of blackcurrants, plums and cherries is accompanied by subtle notes of licorice, cedar wood, light tobacco aromas and subtle herbal tones. With a balanced middle body, it is extremely supple and pleasant on the palate. The delicate hints of cherry and vanilla pod are harmoniously combined with the warm nuances of oak, which give the wine a subtle depth. In addition, there are soft tannins and a slightly smoky finish that provides a lot of elegance.

Excellent with spicy, aromatic barbecue and meat dishes, pasta and game dishes, with many well-aged cheeses and with every festive roast. We recommend drinking the wine at a temperature between 15-18 °C.
