Being a wild fruit, the Wild Cucumber, Cumumis metuliferous, provides green herbaceous notes that are clearer and more pronounced, taking cucumber gin to another level of interest and complexity. Fresh, green herbaceous tones on the sides of the tongue with cucumber following through on the top palate. Bushveld florals add roundness and depth.
