The nose is an unapologetic sweet and spicy introduction dominated by Cassia (Cinnamon), Allspice and fresh Orange zest. The pallet welcomes the soothing Juniper and Rosemary notes while the Almonds add to a wonderful buttery mouth feel. As the alcohol dissipates, the sweet Vanilla, Ginger and All spice harmoniously linger on the pallet.
