A full bodied Merlot with minerally, dark berry fruit flavours with a soft, broad tannin structure. Will reward those who resist temptation and explore the wine's maturation potential. Complements roast lamb dishes extremely well and pairs with most red meat dishes and stews. This wine was left to mature in the French Oak casks for 16 months, one third new Oak.
