Fruit bowl of granadilla, guava and citrus. Interesting enough you can smell saffron spiciness between the fruit. The fruit carries through on the mouth and the natural freshness of this wine gives it a nice lengthy finish. This is spring caught in a bottle. Obviously it pairs with any fresh dish you can imagine.
