MORE INFORMATION:
The wine is mysterious, beautiful and unassuming and surrounded with mystery and finesse. The natural beauty and fine bubbles enhances the iodine-like minerality that reminds you of fresh seaweeds and kelp, complimented with a rich biscuity allure and ladylike elegance. Yeasty flavours of freshly baked bread, lemon cream, Granny Smith and hints of Pink Lady apples attached to her fine elegant bubbles that fill the air. The fine mousse on the pallet caries hints of citrus, pineapple and gooseberries and finishes in a rich and creamy aftertaste.
